Please make the kick-start required two day training available online, or offer on a weekend, or provide an alternative to having to spend two full days in your office. This requirement is very disappointing and is providing a block in my ability to progress.

Whenever I call w/ a question (and there have been MANY over the years), I always get the answer...Everyone @ MORE goes above and beyond for their members-it’s like 1 HUGE family that takes care of the other...I’ve talked to many brokers from other boards and they just don’t seem as happy as members w/ MORE.

I like having quality training through classes, webinars and self-study at different locations. The updates and training schedule sent out is helpful. The on-line contract forms and many tools increase our productivity. Communication of relevant changes helps to keep us current.
