I just joined MORE a few weeks ago. The transition from other association was very smooth due to the help from Cari. She understood my needs and paid close attention to all the details specific to my situation. Than you.

Class choices are really convenient for wherever you live. Very useful and the educational staff and other staff have helped me in the past.
Membership cost is too expensive.
It's like belonging to a large union. You offer far more classes, benefits and assistance than any of the other boards! I can rest assured you have my best interests at heart.

I like the association very much! I usually give us a 10, but I couldn't because of the phone service. It used to be when I called the association the phones were answered promptly. Now (and for some past months-I've mentioned this previously) when you call the association the phone rings a lot and sometimes no one answers but the recording, It doesn't feel personable and can be frustrating when no one answers (frequently). In person, the association is very personable, but the phone answering has suffered.
If the phone service can get back to where it used to be I can once again give us a 10.
I love the people who work at your Arlington Heights office. They are so very helpful!
This association is very helpful in trying to answer any questions you may have and if they do not have an answer - they will help you find the answers to your questions !
Mainstreet offers so much to it's members and is always very attentive.
It seems that they take the time and effort to collect accurate data when there is a problem. And they appear to invest in gaining the knowledge of possible solutions and again, go back to the members with suggestions and when they have a consensus they roll out the changes. They are genuinely interested in making things better.

I like the continuing education courses MORe offers. Good selection of classes, dates, and times at a reasonable cost.
Everyone was so very helpful. They took there time in explaining all the process.

Fees are ridiculous
The menu you of services that are included in my subscription. The helpfulness of the staff are 2 to name a few.
Customer service is integral to any company working with the public. All my experiences have included great customer service from Mainstreet staff.
Friendly, efficient, education is helpful and timely.

Offer cheaper class options for new brokers

Additional CE classes, with more variety. Email class reminders 24 hours prior to class.
Offer products at Main Street offices.
