The fee's are very high for me to pay at once especially since I haven't closed any deals. There at least should be a payment plan in place for Realtors who are struggling to pay their dues. I had deals in the pipeline that haven't yet closed but MORE has their time restraints which made it hard to do my job with no access to the MLS when I have preapproved buyers who haven't closed. I had to borrow money to pay my dues with a penalty in order to stay active and service my clients propely. Please think about implementing a payment plan option for those who struggle when it's time to pay dues especially those who haven't closed deals yet. I have already explored other options as well to benefit me in the future.

Have called looking for help, left messages several times, and gotten no response. Quite frankly, I feel I get absolutely nothing for the money I am required to spend to be a member. It is of no value whatsoever to me.
Im getting really tired of dues that continue to rise.

I think that your wonderful association. I feel that this company is very organized very helpful. I feel that you train and you have answers to every question. I think you have covered every part to be successful in realestate. I just hope I am able to take advantage of all that you have to offer.

The association takes good care of its members. There has been very little times that I was not 100% satisfied with our association.

Mainstreet has gotten too big!!! I realize that NAR wants mega-associations, but we have lost the personal aspect of what the local association was about. Gone are the little social functions that we used to have where agents could mix and mingle and get to know each other personally.
In this day of technology, we sometimes never meet the other agent in a transaction. Gone is the personal aspect of our business. We used to be able to tell our clients, "I know "so-and-so", and they are good people. This used to help put our clients at ease knowing we know the other side and chances are good that we will have a pleasant transaction.
