All the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. The organization is always upgrading the latest in technology as well as providing appropriate training for the changes.
If anyone says differently, they clearly have not continued to educate themselves, by signing up for classes and getting involved in events.

What could we do to improve?

I signed up for a couple of classes in the tinley park office and they were both cancelled. This is frustrating, and I would like info on times and places to take the class elsewhere if available.
