I like the available training and educational systems in place to help us all succeed. The organization always sends me emails updating me on changes and things to know. This business can definitely be intimidating and overwhelming. It's nice to have the support of Mainstreet as we all strive to be successful entrepreneurs.

ConnectMLS needs a major overhaul or preferrably just replacement. It is really old tech and my clients have more info at their fingertips then I do with just connectMLS. MRED is quite expensive and as far as I know, there is no option for whether to be a member if you plan to be a Realtor, so I guess it is silly to keep asking if I'd recommend it.
Everyone at your office is always friendly and helpful whenever I've had a need to stop in.

I'm a tough grader and what I wanted to do was a little tough to find.

There is always room for improvement. Punish agents who are disrespectful to our clients' properties by leaving lights on, giving away lock box numbers, not locking the door, not coming on time etc.
