I like that there is always help available. Friendly, courteous and always professional. No one ever makes you feel stupid and sometimes, let's face it. It can just be a mental block, not a real problem.
Not enough classes, poor registration process, poor response to issues. Still no way to list my college degree in my profile tag line. My requests were denied.
Quick and professional response time
The association is very resourceful and convenient when Realtors need it. The location of the organization is situated conveniently for dropping in when access to various resources are needed. The organization also does an excellent job in communicating new courses as well as continuing education courses in a timely manner. Keep up the good work Mainstreet Organization of Realtors

let's us get mls address without being forced to be part of an association. it's BS that this monopoly exists even if we're are licensed by the state but can't get mls access without paying useless dues to the board and association.

As a business any body like to know the competitors. We are paying good amount of yearly fees and even we do not know or recognize our COMPETITORS!!!!
Other licensees who opt not to be member of any association but when they sell any MLS listed property why we do not record their name and Illinois license number instead od MLS numbers 99999? We do honors their right to be non-member but in MLS there should be column that keep the selling broker information.
Can you add this service to association members?
We do notice that certain brokers do exclusively sell more then 40% of their listing through non-members (999999) .

The new website is very difficult to pay our invoices on. I had to do each invoice 4 or 5 times to get the website to finally except the payment. Did not like the cart configuration, would not let me pay. This updated site needs work.

I am an appraiser, and I use the multiple listing service only for market analysis. There is no subscription level that meets my more limited needs (as compared to brokers). I am forced to pay for services that are used by brokers, such as SentriLock, that I do not want and do not use.
When we have questions, people are very nice.
The service is too expensive for appraisers. There needs to be another system for us or pay scale.
