You give no guidance what so ever. You just take our money. You should offer something like maybe tutor sessions or training for new licensees that don’t know what to do. We all pay money for our license and then we wonder what’s next. The next thing we get is an invoice to pay almost $1,000.00 for a yearly membership to get access to MLS, and then . . .

We can improve our phone call system. Sometimes it's frustrating when you have to leave a voicemail message and can't get through. You may not get a call back for a couple of days.

site I was using to sign up for a class today was difficult to use. Also I don'tthink one association is any better than another so I would just suggest going for the cheapest.

I like that there is always help available. Friendly, courteous and always professional. No one ever makes you feel stupid and sometimes, let's face it. It can just be a mental block, not a real problem.
Not enough classes, poor registration process, poor response to issues. Still no way to list my college degree in my profile tag line. My requests were denied.

I think you should be involved in the technical mechanics of our listings. Leave trainiing, advertising, advising to the franchises and the individual offices. That way you would not be duplicating services and it would not be necessary to charge us the exorbitant fees. I also feel that you should have something in place that directs our leads to us rather than Zillow and all the other companies out there selling our leads back to us.
