The new website for paying is quite confusing. I was finally able to pay, but if another agent for help, I probably couldn't help. ugh!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I made a payment and it goes directly to another account "Denisse Raines"

Right now I can have access to Denise Raines private information and account. Please advise. I just make a payment on my account and when finis the pamenty Denish raines Accoutn Show up.

Can you please make sure your sistem work. I don't feel comfortable with no professional and secure payment system. Since I receive charge on my bank account please send me a receipt.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

ConnectMLS needs a major overhaul or preferrably just replacement. It is really old tech and my clients have more info at their fingertips then I do with just connectMLS. MRED is quite expensive and as far as I know, there is no option for whether to be a member if you plan to be a Realtor, so I guess it is silly to keep asking if I'd recommend it.

I like that it's fast and convenient. What I would like is for the site to allow partial payments. If the total invoice of $607 is not Due until December why can't I make a $100 payment from now until then?
