I have been calling all week to pay my MLS fee and no one ever answers. I left a message yesterday that was not returned, and today my MLS access is suspended. I was also under the impression that it was in an automatic payment program.
Personal service.
fees are exhorbitant. Several itemized costs are nowhere near beneficial to us. These additional items should all be optional.

I am able to manage my continuing education, training, and professional standards requirements with the support of my association, along with keeping me abreast of local and national industry updates, RPAC, and changes that impact me as a Realtor.
The Association and the services they provided are a must for any Realtor.

easy to use and good tutorials
The MLS is a very customizable search engine which allows me to target search for my buyers and seller and the resources available are for learning and troubleshooting is very helpful.
I'm not disappointed, it's more the cost, between all the realtors' associations and MORE and MLS, not to mention RVoice, everything has gone up, and I am wondering where the money goes. Also being in the north there are not many offerings for us. I don't have anything to compare it to and I don't know why I would recommend to realtors. We don't have that many options, though I guess the new MLS anywhere option changes things, but I don't know a lot about it. I will say that MLS customer service is always very friendly and there have been times where MORE employees don't seem to be as helpful and friendly. Mostly in the financial department, I can imagine why, and sometimes at the Libertyville office. Mostly very satisfied with everyone though.

I've tried calling the finance office to dispute a double charge and no one has gotten back to me. I've called a few times and left messages. But otherwise, the regular office is awesome with responding and solving issues.

Called me right back within 5 minutes, even though the answering machine said 24 hours. Waited online until I paid to reactivate me. Now that is service....and polite along the way.
I commend you as that is not the norm now days....unfortunately in our World.:(
