Make your site more user friendly and easy to navigate. I find that you have way too much on it and some of it has even passed the date of EXPIRATION. It that is the case, take it off. It clogs the system and confuses the eyes. It is so much easier to Keep it Clean and Clear

Received great service
The phone system and voicemail greetings are tedious at the main office. Took me over 15 minutes to sign up for a class...constant rings with no vm kicking in; vm greeting waaay too long to just leave a message; vm prompts are too tedious to listen to the whole list...
There was no member sign in button--filled out entire registration as a "Guest" figuring I'd just ask for a partial refund. Got to end and was told my email looked familiar and booted me out. System should have recognized my email from the very beginning of the registration. Frustrating and time consuming
Mainstreet is outstanding in every way. I know that when I attend an event with Mainstreet endorsing it, the event will be top drawer. Above all, I feel safe and confident with all Mainstreet events. Phone was answered right away. The rep was not able to help with education question. She transferred me to another rep and I left a vm for them.
