What do you like about our association services?

I may be a little different type of user, because my Board Affiliation is with GNIAR in Indiana. This year I had gotten a new Credit Card and you made it very easy to take care of this, also I needed to supply you with a doc that my membership with GNIAR was in good standing.....again easily taken care of. When I need to call about something when I'm entering listings into the MLS staff is always very helpful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Compared to the Indiana Board GNIAR, you guys just collect our money. They are much more agent friendly, hands on and interactive. They have more events that apply directly to our business (bottom line), have more events that are fun are more relatable.

There's very little I don't like. We have a huge offering of education opportunities for every agent whether new or experienced. We have stellar committees with lots of involvement. And the best staff around!

I am SO pleased, there is NO other Board I would want as my main board. In my position now I have secondarys at 4 other boards and always find the help I need when call your office. Thank you for helping me do my job better!

What could we do to improve?

Make connectmls more user (agent) friendly. Why do I get signed out on my phone every time I go to look up a property for my clients? They are on Zillow and redfin and get the information faster than their agent can because I’m busy signing in 50,000 times. Why all the security? All of our listings are public now nothing is sacred anymore so why the need for all the security?

I don't like unions and I don't like being forced to join in order to do business.
It doesn't seem like I get any return on my investment beyond access to the MLS.
