Very quick response to any silly questions that I have.
This private listing network is a joke. Agents don’t have pictures or prices or lot sizes etc. it’s useless without these simple requirements. It’s not meant to be a place holder, it’s meant to be used for sellers who are apprehensive about a lot of showings or the market conditions. Agents can’t determine if the home is something they can show their client if they have no idea what the lot size is, price point, how many bedrooms and baths, etc. There is no way to search the PLN for these characteristics since they are not added..

The Professional
Tried to register for an appoinment online and by phone for a headshot in Arlington Heights and the only person (Marisa) that can register is out of office for 4 days with no back-up. Since appointment slots are limited (10am-3:30pm), I called the main number at More and it was confirmed I would have to wait for her return. Would recommend a backup when associates are out of the office.

I did not receive email notice that my MLS dues were due. I have been a member for about 10 years and usually receive timely emails so I can get my dues paid. The first I find out about it, I have been charged a late fee. Please make sure that you send members timely notice of dues requirements.

I had made semi annual payment after reminder call (this was nice!). I was on the way to grandfather’s wake, so I was making payment on my phone immediately and quickly. I thought payment was processed, but I emailed customer care to get confirmation. Email was returned next morning, payment wasn’t processed! At this point I was at wake and with family all day. I was charged late fee. I felt like I couldn’t catch a break and that I must just be a number. Unfortunate, especially when it was obvious I attempted to make payment on time.. maybe a phone call would’ve been best means of communication to get payment info over phone?
I would use mred more if software was updated into app. Seems outdated

I don't feel that I don't see the value for the fees that I pay.
The classes are good and the association is very helpful.

I've been with More, for many years now. It seems as though, the larger More grows, the less personable it has become and thus their employees are less friendly when answering questions etc.
I like what More has to offer, but I prefer more professional employees.
