My experience wasn't a bad one. My "old man brain" doesn't wanna pay $30 for a hair cut. So my issue is more of a price point. Maybe have a "cheep skate" day...

My last visit was a very good visit. I opted not to get the hair wash because in the past I went out with dripping hair. On my last visit she even informed me about free neck shaves between haircuts.

The stylest made a mistake and left a bald spot around my ear and didn't say anything I didn't notice till I showered and looked in the mirror.
You can't put the hair back so I suppose you can't make things right.
