I’ve been going to the same location for about a year and ive never considered leaving since the service is always amazing. Jackie always lifts your spirits and pays attention to detail so you leave looking extra fresh! Highly recommend!
When I walked up to the front door of store #511016, I immediately noticed the deteriorated and unsightly metal frames around the glass on the entire front of the store. After exiting and looking at the front of the business next door, there was no comparison of the glass frame condition. It was worn out vs new. After owning a small business for 38 years, I've always believed the condition of the business entry forms the opinion of what to expect.
When waiting for my appointment the picture on the large television was blurry. Perhaps a connection issue but certainly something that should be addressed.
The rating of 10 is for Viv, the stylist who cut my hair today for the first time. She was very personable and professional. After I explained my preferences for the cut, it was exactly what I wanted.

Quick and convenient
Normally i get a nice haircut at Sports Clip, but the last couple times I went it was a terrible experience. Not only were the stylists not trained very well Sports Clips raised their price for a basic haircut another $2.00 to $32.00, For that money I would hope the Company would hire stylists that listen to the customer and cut their hair the way they requested.
I go to Sports Clips because I usually get good service and a good cut, but after two bad cuts in a row and the price hike I am considering finding a new place to get my hair cut.

None of the TV's were working while there. They did have music on, but it really did not live up to the idea of being a Sports clip with no sports on the TV's.
Ashley was my stylist and she was awesome. She did a great job and she will be cutting my hair going forward!
