Angie had cut my hair before and I was very pleased to see that she still worked at the location nearest to me. My biggest problem has been the revolving door of employees you have, rarely do I manage to get my hair cut by the same person and that is a pain when you find someone who does an excellent job and then isnt there the next time you go for a haircut.
I was extremely happy with the way Angie cut my hair and hopefully she will still be there the next time I go for a cut.

The lady who attended my son 8 was some rude , she rise the price cuz the last.month we went for $8.00 and sound weird but another girl give candy to other kids ,and my son don't receive nothing, for him was sad.

She did a Great job
I took my son to get his haircut on Saturday. We registered online and got there around 5pm at the Kingwood location. You could tell the lady wanted to hurry and get us out and quickly told me that she could not cut my son’s hair the way he wanted it. 10 minutes later she was done cutting his hair and you could tell it was a rush job. I will not be going back to this location and I should have just went to the Atascocita location to begin with. That lady does not know anything about customer service.

The hair cut was fine, but I was charged for an MVP. When I only got my hair cut and washed. I didn’t receive the MVP, I received the Triple Play.

My stylist is always friendly and does a great job cutting my hair. While I don’t always purchase products from Sport Clips, I have in the past and do so on occasion and I’m pleased with them.
All of the team is extremely professional and makes you feel valued and welcomed every time we go for my or my child’s haircut.

My stylist didn't seem to like cutting my hair with the scissors--I had asked for a fade and then finger length on top with a comb and scissors. She didn't say it, but she kind of sighed as she was doing it. I also asked for the thinning shears afterwards, but she didn't do that. I still gave her a good tip, though. But overall, the service could have been better.
