I just had the best haircut ever with Emily! She is incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. Emily listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered a perfect cut that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic hairstylist!

Fix the shampoo chair that has been broken for almost a year! Stop trying to improve your app!!! Every time your coders think they have created something better it gets worse. Show confirmation to the user that your place in line has been saved!!! Allow customers to make stylist request that have over an hour wait, because they are that good and in high demand!!!!

I have 3 daughters. Usually their Mom trims their hair but we recieved coupons at our church for a free haircut for 1st time clients, so we decided to try out Sport Clips. The problem we had was the coupons say free haircut, but after the girls were finished, we were told that it's an extra $10 each because they had hair below their shoulders. The manager came over and made sure we were charged for 2 of the girls, they waived the third because all they did was trim 1/2 inch off. No where on the coupon, no where in the store, no where on the website does it say anything about this charge. I dont understand how they can make up a charge without saying anything or having any kind of signage or info. The manager was unwilling to waive the charges even though we werent told up front and there was no signage anywhere. We were first time customers and my wife told the manager that we only brought enough cash for the tip, but she was more worries about the stores bottom line than her stylists getting a tip. Needless to say, we won't be going back. I still gave 2 stars because the 3 stylist were very nice and did a good job.

Ramona is great. She gives a great cut and shampoo. She is super friendly.
The store needs some attention though. The franchise owner needs to spend a few dollars to fix broken TVs and broken shampoo chairs. They have been broken for months! C'mon man!
