good hair cut
Maggie had a difficult time understanding what I wanted. I asked her for a midfade and she didn't deliver; instead doing a 1-guard all around. Then, when it was time to check out, she insisted on me paying her cash rather than pay with a card. I pulled out the $5 cash I was going to tip her anyways, and she canceled the haircut transaction and took the $5. Therefore, I wanted to apprise the manager that she essentially gave me a free haircut for the cash tip and shorted Sportsclips. I won't be returning to her not only for her lack of English understanding, but for her unethical choices and making me, as the customer, feel awkward and obligated to give her cash.

First of all am a long time client. Your failures are not with your people but the new appointment scheduler, several times I have made appointments and got to the location only to find out that I was not out the schedule. Most recently I have made appointments and been early for them only to walk in and instead of being "ON DECK" and arriving early to find out that that someone was put in front of me pushing back my wait to over thirty more minutes, Love using you but looks like your forcing me to move on.
The stylist always forget to update the notes to get the correct clipper lengths. Otherwise, good experience but it just costs too much. I can't get coupons anymore and really can't afford the price.
