Your staff is the best. I appreciate being able to come in and get parts or have things fixed and talk bikes without being talked down to, which seems to be the exception rather than the rule for LBSs in the area. Before I moved to Salem, I'd do most of my shopping online because of how often I'd get that attitude, but I'm a loyal Salem Cycles customer until I leave the area thanks to how kind everyone is every time I come in. (This goes for both the Salem and Marblehead locations, btw.) Thank you for being awesome!

absolutely fantastic bike shop, staff are very knowledgeable and actively participate in road bike culture, talk the talk and walk the walk. i bring my bike in every once in a while and say give it whatever it needs. anything from a post winter cycle-commuting tune up, to an entire rear wheel/spoke blowout replacement.
Daniel Rosen kindly picked up and delivered my bike to my home after its tune-up. The tune up service was completed in a day!
