What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy going to the gym during the day and using the equipment i.e treadmill etc. nice quiet atmosphere. Have attended the classes in the past and the instructors are great

I wish the YMCA had a jacuzzi

I like the selection of classes. All the people that I have met are so kind and friendly.
I also find the facility very clean.
I just wish there were some organized classes
In the day time. It is challenging to get to those night classes.

The gym for the adults and the toddler programs for the kids - we do swim with our 1.5 year old and the classes are great for him!

Ashley the instructor made the swimming class fun for my granddaughter. The pool water was always at a comfortable temperature

Small, well organized, friendly and receptive staff, we are so positively impressed with YMCA Metro North.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We appreciate the proximity of a YMCA so that our family can swim year-round and take lessons to improve swimming skills. We also participate in the summer camp at this facility, and loved our experience last summer.

My daughter loves Basketball lessons, they play and learn. The teacher makes the classes fun and my daughter is getting better every day 🙌

Ashley has been amazing for our first mommy and me class here! I appreciate the variety each week and squeezing so much into a 30 minute class! Also I appreciate the aquatic directior letting me reschedule a makeup class when we got sick one week! Thank you Y!

Great trainers. good equipment, kept very clean
Busy at times (can we move the teens along on the machines?) but almost always alternate things you can do while waiting.

I like the wide range of programs and activities. The Y successfully encompasses all the possible interests of its members. If you’re looking for Tai Chi or a Nerf Blaster class for your child, the Y has it!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Live Strong Program and as I feel comfortable with the different machines I will build my own program. I plan to take some classes. The facility seems well run, staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean. I have been impressed. I am enjoying my membership so far.
