The water fitness, 8:30 to 9:30 is a good workout, especially on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Those instructors are pleasant, professional, and enthusiastic. (Mary and Scott)

Tjhe chair yoga classes at 9:45 on Monday and Wednesday are excellent. Both instructors have well developed classes that are varied and well planned.

Love them
Love the exercise classes that Stefanie runs on M, W and F 6 am. Just the right mix of cardio and weights. Love the weights. Also love Lauren’s 6 am class on Thursdays. Just the right amount of work out between Stefanie’s two classes. Veronica’s class is great too. A bit more cardio than I am capable of, but I love that she has incorporated weights into her class too.
All three instructors are excellent. They have different styles, but all bring energy and motivation to their classes. The Y is lucky to have them.
Stefanie snd Verónica in particular (likely because they have been running their classes for so long and have such die-hard students), remember everyone’s name and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable no matter your skill level.

My favorite are the group exercise classes. I would love to see a few more added. Kick and pump, step aerobics, and more dance groups would be great.
