As a Senior, I especially like the Stay Fit classes at Saugus Y. They are full body exercises for strength as well as modest aerobics and stretching.

I love Courtney Vernadakis” total body strength class and Lisa Viliott’s cycle core connection class. They have helped me with my confidence and my fitness routine. I have, also, met some new friends at my Y classes.
Variety
I attend Kay's aerobic class whenever I can, two or three times a week. I find Kay and the members of the class friendly and helpful. It is a pleasant way to exercise with an instructor
that has been at the job for so many years and is still happy, and has the welfare of the students every time.

Well organized and plenty of choices.
I only use the gym. It is well equipped and rarely too crowded for my liking. Everything is clean and in working order.

Exercise instructors at Melrose Y are fabulous!! Michelle, Veronica, and Jeff are the ones I have taken classes from mostly. They all have their own styles but are so encouraging. I always feel like I got a fantastic workout after their classes whether it is feeling stretched out and relaxed or like I got a great heart pumping workout.
I like the races, I participate in one of the classes, and I use the equipment for lifting and cardio. They're all good and meet my needs - generally there is enough cardio equipment available easy during the busy times.
The trainers are amazing! Great energy and on point with a variety of exercises and formats to keep it interesting week after week. Shout out to Stephanie and Veronica!
My kids love their swim lessons and open family gym to play basketball.
