I love that my puppy loves going, she is happy and I believe the staff take great care of her. I also really like the staff at tne Tyson’s VA location. The only thing I would change is the drop-off system because of the speed. ‘There is a choke-point at 0700 from people who have to get to work, and if you are 3rd/4th in line behind the locked door, the speed they take the dogs back one-by-one moves drop-off from 0700 to 0710, which makes people late for work.

The staff is so friendly and Ginger literally runs into the building. We also love being able to peek with the cameras to see her during the day.
They make sure all the dogs are up to date on vaccines. They take the time to access the dogs to see where they will fit. They’re quick to answer questions about the program. So far it’s been a very good experience.
