I do like how the people in your facility know my dog and you by name. They are personable and very polite. They are always answering my questions and are open to doing whatever i need them to do for our dog. Bath, Food, Extra rest time etc. Keri holds a tight ship and is knowledgeable about what is needed for each dog.

The care you provide for my pup and that when ever I’m worried all I have to do is look at the cam and see that everything is ok and he’s having fun and being taken cared for.
Staff was great. They listened and accommodated a special ask to only use the hand held dryer, with no drying crate use, and it made all the difference to me and my dog. Thank you! Will use your services again.
My dog loves it. He gets so excited when he realizes he is going. I can check up on him with the webcams and I see that he seems to be enjoying himself. The staff is helpful and often give me an update on any issues that may arise.
Lucy, our goldendoodle, is a scardy cat even though she is almost 80 pounds. The workers are very calming and gentle with her. List seems to enjoy going and playing with her friends!

everyone makes Bronco feel special. I love dropping him off there as he is so excited to see all his friends. Christian, Tyrell, Jasmine and Angelyne are especially wonderful. They all go out of their way to answer my questions, if I have a concern it is immediately answered and resolved.

I like that you have cameras and can check in on your dog, but it would be nice if they were always working. A lot of times when I log in they are either unavailable or frozen. I also like that all the employees I met are very helpful and friendly.

Everyone and everything
We have a cocker spaniel who is very anxious & loves people so we love the fact that some wonderful person is in the room w him. He follows that person around the whole time.
