My dog Jackson is a founding member at Dogtopia Brick. I appreciate how friendly they are and Jackson feels like he is a part of the family. I also appreciate them noticing little things like if Jackson needed his nails clip they are on top of it and ask me if they would like to take care of it.
The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming. I felt like my dogs were in great care when I went for my meet and greet! You can tell they truly put the dogs first which is always an owner’s first priority when evaluating a place like this.

very easy to book on the app. quick pickup/dropoff. webcams available. super friendly staff that seems to genuinely love dogs. bath available before pickup. dog was ready when we got there. allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our dog was in good hands.
The staff is very friendly and knows our dog. I’ve made use of the spa service which was very convenient. The hours are great but wish they had pick up till 8p.

I have never had any issues with the staff or facilities and Abbott and Costello love spending time with all their friends.
The friendliness of the staff. cleanliness of the front office. (i am waiting to tour the back today or tomorrow). reasonable pricing and convenient location. i have a dog who is a 1 year old Lab and is very friendly and loves other dogs. my main concern is her safety from more aggressive dogs. my dog has already been bitten once by another more aggressive dog and i will not let that happen again. HER safety is my number one concern.
Caring and awesome staff
My otherwise anxious dog is really happy at Dogtopia Elsmere and going to daycare has really helped her confidence in other settings! She gets so excited when she realizes she is going to go play at Dogtopia.
