The friendly staff. The cameras that allow me to check in on my doggie. Everything is so clean and everyone is soo nice.
From the moment we met the crew, they listened to us and our concerns about bringing him around other dogs. That he may be afraid since a much larger dog went after him. They brought him into the room with dogs his size and he got along great. Offered him a protein bowl which is a special treat in itself. Exercised him, napped him all while making sure he would have fun, get accumulated to his surroundings. They offer so much which puts our minds at ease and we can view in on a camera to see how he is doing. The staff we met was great, experienced, loving, caring. Our dog enjoyed himself and made a lot of new friends.

I like that I can determine each week what day is going to work best for my dog to attend Dogtopia. My work changes frequently, so having the flexibility to decide each day is a plus. I also like that my dog seems to be enjoying his days at Dogtopia and appears more calm at home.
The New Rochelle staff is excellent and caring. I love the outdoor and indoor play and the fact that I can tune in and check on my pup via the app. My puppy was recently attacked by a dog while I was walking her and when I called Dogtopia to get advice on helping my pups trauma they had her come in for another meet and greet to ensure she does not remain traumatized by her incident and I have to say my girl is doing great. I also love that she is pretty tired making it easier for me to conduct tasks I need to get done when I get home before taking her out for a walk.

This location seemed to take really good care of my dog when I was anxious leaving him. I loved that they wiped him down before returning him. The parking was not easy but we were able to figure that out by one of us staying in the car while the other ran in. It was the perfect solution for us to do activities in DC that were not dog friendly. Would definitely recommend or use this location again!!
