You are all so kind to our dog, (and us)! You make us feel so comfortable leaving her with you and know she is getting a ton of attention and care. I love the occasional text message to ask if you can offer her a treat because you just can’t help it. We know, she is THAT cute! Thanks for being a part of the family. Taylor and her staff. All who work there are committed , loving to the pups and considerate of clients. The only issue is that u don't have sufficient personal during the " rush hours " nor the staff's fault. They work as fast as humanely possible.
Again, I want to emphasize that what makes Dogtopia in Mount Kisco a fun place for the pups and pleasant experience for the owners is your GREAT staff

I like that the coaches get to know and remember my dog and his personality. I also like that the monthly activities and treats are optional, but i also like that the frozen kongs are offered everyday.
I would like to see more interactions with the dogs.
The dogs love it, and come home exhausted from a good day of play. The staff is kind and attentive. I have also boarded my dogs and its been great for us and the dogs.

Incredible first experience with Dogtopia. Everyone was kind and extremely knowledgeable about dogs and dog care. They were very understanding of my dog being nervous on his first visit and made the entire experience smooth and easy. I was very happy with the results and loved seeing my dog go from unsure and anxious to playing and having fun within minutes. Really grateful to all the amazing employees for their kindness, understanding, and expertise!
