The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to be flexible and help out with changes to scheduling. My dog Bruno LOVES to attend. All of the pet friendly workers interact with the dogs and know them and their personalities. Bruno comes home exhausted and I know he had a fun filled day of play with his friends at Dogtopia.
The people are great, you can tell they love dogs and I feel very comfortable knowing and seeing how they interact with the pups.
My dog has been going to Dogtopia for more than 4 years and he LOVES going. He wiggles and gives hugs and kisses when he arrives. When i say, "Do you want to go to doggie daycare and see your friends", he zooms around in excitement. That says it all.
Everything!! I know my pup is safe and happy.

Pros: Very friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out, grooming services are offered, very clean.
Cons: I do wish the cameras were a little more interactive so that images could be zoomed in. There doesn't seem to be too much interaction with the dogs on a regular basis. And I wish there was designated outdoor space for the dogs to play. I understand that isn't possible at this location and may not be part of the business model.

The front desk was super nice and helpful and gave more information about other services. They treated Bella (my dog) so kindly and that's all I can ask for. I rarely take her to a grooming facility but I would definitely come back to Dogtopia.
It is like my dog’s second home. They are happy to be there. The counselors treat my dogs so well and enjoy playing with the other dogs. They are all very sweet.

I love the app and being able to book appointments so easily. The cameras are great. I also love that it’s an indoor facility so no matter what the weather, my dog can run and play. The staff work with dogs and they know it’s not just “play time”. They truly care for the dogs.
