Friendly staff who care about the pups, availability of cameras to check in, clean facility close to home, flexibility with last-minute schedule challenges.

1. Jet LOVES to visit. He's so excited when he arrives that he completely ignores me!
2. The caregivers are extremely friendly, courteous and clearly love animals.
3. Occasionally, there's a mistake in billing. They fix it immediately. Having that occur is, in my opinion, a better indicator of a good service than simply not making any mistake in the first place. In other words, good resolution of "issues" is even better than not having any.
4. I check in a lot with the video feeds - all the dogs seem engaged, and it seems the caregivers are very good watching behaviors and avoiding conflict early.
5. The place is kept very clean, unlike dog parks!
6. The flexibility of hours and ability to arrive last minute is very helpful to us.
7. Again, Jet, our Shetland Sheepdog loves it, so we do too!

You are open on time, you treat the pets well, you don't keep them in crate time out too long but long enough to clam them down.

The interview process and registering was seamless, easy. Stella has anxiety issues, yet, the staff knew exactly how to handle her, pick her up,lead her away from me. I love the care and attention she receives with you. Your Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about dog personalities,and how to care for them. Everything is spotless and very clean. I love coming in for pick up watching Stella on camera and through the window. Competent and friendly staff who really like dogs. Organized front desk for check in and check out. East to reserve in the app. Drop ins are accepted.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming to my little pup! They’re very affordable and provide tons of fun activities to keep our fur babies happy and busy.

Everyone who works there knows my dog and greats him with a big smile. It makes me feel good that he's going to be loved during the day while we are at work.

The facility is clean and the correct procedures are taken to make sure that the dogs are all safe. My dog, Noodle really enjoys his time there and he is wiped out when he gets home. ALSO, he doesn't come home smelling awful - I feel like other places I've taken my dogs to they always come home smelling horrible.

I like that you screen the dogs and ensure they have vaccinations. I like that you have cameras. I like that my dog gets exercise. I know my dog is well taken care of.

I absolutely love the staff at the Dogtopia in Shelton they are always very welcoming and kind when you come in. The general manager there is great she goes above and beyond for us pet parents.
