Love the team and facility
Friendly and very dog grounded
I have been using Dogtopia over 2 years and what I like the most is that I feel very comfortable leaving my dog for any services. My dog is super afraid of the water and its always a struggle to bathe him at home but the staff here makes him feel super secure and he doesn't cry or struggle when he comes for bath time. I have also started to leave him for doggy daycare and I like that I can keep an eye on him even when I'm away.

Every time I drop off my pup, I feel 100% confident that they are in the best hands possible. DeeDee and the entire team take the time to really get to know your dog, and it shows in the way they interact with them.
I love the team, the activities they put on, and how involved they are with the pets. From themed days to personalized attention, they create such a joyful, safe environment that my dog absolutely adores. It’s clear they don’t just do this as a job—they truly love the pets they care for, and that means the world to me.

I love how attentive the staff is and how they treat all the dogs like their own. They do a great a job of keep the dog parents informed about potential issues. I also love how friendly the staff is.

My dog loves the people
The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to be flexible and help out with changes to scheduling. My dog Bruno LOVES to attend. All of the pet friendly workers interact with the dogs and know them and their personalities. Bruno comes home exhausted and I know he had a fun filled day of play with his friends at Dogtopia.
The people are great, you can tell they love dogs and I feel very comfortable knowing and seeing how they interact with the pups.
My dog has been going to Dogtopia for more than 4 years and he LOVES going. He wiggles and gives hugs and kisses when he arrives. When i say, "Do you want to go to doggie daycare and see your friends", he zooms around in excitement. That says it all.

Pros: Very friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out, grooming services are offered, very clean.
Cons: I do wish the cameras were a little more interactive so that images could be zoomed in. There doesn't seem to be too much interaction with the dogs on a regular basis. And I wish there was designated outdoor space for the dogs to play. I understand that isn't possible at this location and may not be part of the business model.
