Everything! I have tried a few other Dogtopia locations, and my dog absolutely loves going to the Fairfield location. The associates are friendly, personable and really do care about each and every dog that come through their doors -- almost as if they are their own. Location is great for popping right in and out and is on a never always heavy with traffic complex area. All in all, great location, people and will always work in any way possible to come to this location.
The great staff. My dogs love going and always come home happy. I feel like that I am leaving them with family!

The team at Dogtopia of Wilmington, including all staff and coaches, is truly amazing. They're incredibly friendly to both dogs and their owners and show remarkable creativity, especially with the charming decorations and photos of the dogs in the reception area. It created a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere, so it's sad that they needed to take the decorations away.

The variety of programs you offer for the dogs the fact that you do grooming while the dogs are there and I can watch what’s going on on a WebCam, which is a big deal to me

Everyone is so nice and friendly. we go to Dogtopia of Wilmington twice a week. My dog - Luke always jump high and low when I ask him " Do you want to go to Dogtopia now?" Luke is so happy to see everybody in the Dogtopic bacause he knows he will have a wonderful time there. Everyone is professional I will give them 10 stars.
I hope they will put back the dog pictures on the wall. The front room looked so great with the decorations. But they just clear everything down last week. Before, I always felt I was talking my Luck to Dogtopia school and see his teachers and friends. But now, the front room just looks like a boring post office with empty walls. We really like the theme before.... Hope they will change it back. :-)
We like the facility and appreciate how it’s clean and organized. I like that the staff coordinates activities for them. It makes me feel like my Lab is in a dog school environment. We felt very comfortable leaving her while we traveled. The extra bonus is the webcam which allowed us to check up on her.

Dog- and people-friendly staff. Simba loves to play and comes home tired. Great inside play area when weather limits going outside.
