Everyone I have met at Dogtopia has been so very kind and caring. I love the fact that I can watch my dog interact with all the other dogs, and how all the coaches show her love! We love that our dogs are always monitored when in the play room and that they get break time to rest. It is comforting having the cameras so we can check in on them during the day. Plus it's fun to watch all the other dogs too! Pick up and drop off is easy and the staff are great.

My dog (Riggins) has attended the Dedham, MA location for about 3 years on a 3-day enrollment plan. Riggins loves going to Dogtopia with genuine excitement to see the coaches there. If there is ever an issue with his health (stomach issues or other concerns), it is always extremely well explained on what happened and he is always taken great care of. The staff at that location is patient, kind and always willing to accommodate needs. My only feedback I would offer is that the pick-up and drop-off process can fluctuate from 2 - 15 minutes which makes planning a personal schedule can be challenging sometimes (I believe the staff does great, it seems as though the company process could be slightly quicker).
