Accomodating
The Staff seems to know and love each dog and they welcome us each morning with big smiles and a great attitude. Watching their interaction with them on the webcam is very comforting. The hours are very accommodating and drop off and pick up is easy.

The staff is great and gave plenty of feedback to me and attention to my dog. My only concern is the lack of outdoor time the dogs get here.

I like that the canine coaches are very attentive to the dogs and immediately deal with any aggressive play or behavior. Staff also keeps the rooms clean and cleans up any messes right after they happen. I also enjoy that they have special days and activities for the dogs and will do cute photos for a 5$ fee. Wendell's prom and Olympic photos are the best and they are proudly displayed on my fridge and in my office :) Most importantly, my dog loves it, has been going since he was a puppy, and has made several friends with other regulars :)

The facility was very clean and organized, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave all of the information needed to make an informed decision. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. I was given a tour of the building and I also loved that they offered some great snacks that are healthy and gentle on their bellies, even for my sensitive girl. Hopefully it stays that way!

My dog loves coming to Dogtopia! He doesn’t get a chance to interact with other dogs often in his home life - coming to Dogtopia helps with his socialization which is so important.
As my dog’s human, I appreciate that I don’t worry about my dog while he’s in Dogtopia’s care, and I know he’s having fun rather than being bored all day while I’m busy with work. Last, but definitely not least, my dog is happy AND exhausted when he gets home.

Things have been really great since Christian became manager. He really takes the time to know each dog and their owner and is open to feedback. He seems to really care. Tyrell and Jasmine are also great and take good care of Dottie. Thank you! :)
