We love the family vibes of all staff members loving and taking great care of our Dakota Mae and Wallen. They were very accommodating and kept watch while he was struggling with his back paw before surgery. We love all the cute events they have monthly to keep the dogs interested and entertained! Having an easy 123 text system to be able to check in and or watch on the cameras brings lots of comfort and peace watching our pups play.

My only concern and negative feedback is sometimes watching certain staff in the room. There is one female who consistently cages the dogs and pulls them very aggressively throughout the room. It has made me question sending my dog here at times because I'm almost not trusting of that particular staff member in the room.
Would love to see more organized activities that used to be part of the day package including bubbles, play time etc.
