Everyone I have met at Dogtopia has been so very kind and caring. I love the fact that I can watch my dog interact with all the other dogs, and how all the coaches show her love! She is very excited to get there on the mornings that she attends and she is a happy girl! It is very obvious to me that the coaches love what they do and love all the dogs entrusted in their care. It is a great facility!

Scheduling services is very easy. Staff is professional & friendly
My dog (Riggins) has attended the Dedham, MA location for about 3 years on a 3-day enrollment plan. Riggins loves going to Dogtopia with genuine excitement to see the coaches there. If there is ever an issue with his health (stomach issues or other concerns), it is always extremely well explained on what happened and he is always taken great care of. The staff at that location is patient, kind and always willing to accommodate needs. My only feedback I would offer is that the pick-up and drop-off process can fluctuate from 2 - 15 minutes which makes planning a personal schedule can be challenging sometimes (I believe the staff does great, it seems as though the company process could be slightly quicker).

Dogtopia of Brick is truly outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much the staff genuinely cares. Everyone is warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The facility itself is beautiful—clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed for the dogs’ safety and happiness.
Our two pups, Izzy and Annie, absolutely love it there. The team treats them like family, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing they’re in such loving and capable hands. Whether it’s for daycare, boarding, or just a fun playday, Dogtopia of Brick goes above and beyond.
