We love Dogtopia and the employees there are great! Everyone knows my dog Sonny and is helpful. We have been coming for years and the only feedback I have is that I wish the dogs had an outdoor area to play, especially when they are boarding for several days. The fresh air is so good for them and tires them out. Also, it would be great to give more perks to customers. Maybe like a free exit bath when you pay for 3+ nights of boarding? Little things like this will go a long way.

As a new dog mom, I was nervous about leaving my puppy, Topaz, in someone else’s care. During our meet and greet, I almost broke down in tears, thinking Topaz wasn’t adjusting well. The manager was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. She stood with me, listened to my concerns, and assured me that he would be fine—and she was absolutely right! Within 30 minutes, Topaz was happy and settled.
Her warmth and understanding made me feel so safe and confident in trusting Dogtopia with my puppy. I can’t thank her enough for the support and care she provided during such a big step for us!
