The products are good quality, and were delivered exactly as promised... BUT the staff at your Rochester, Michigan store would be why I would not only rate a 10, but is why I would continue to work with their team for all my needs. They were truly consultants, not sales persons. From the graphic designers who assisted us in the whole creation process, to the team who provided input on colors, logos, and merchandise weight/thickness, and quality to help me make the right choices.... they were all amazing!
