We had two T-Shirts made for birthday and Christmas presents in early December. I fully expected Big Frog to need several weeks to complete our order as this is such a busy time of year. I went into the store to order the shirts (though the process is easy online as well) one day and was thrilled and surprised to receive an email the very next day that our order was ready.
