I brought in a design I wanted, and the sales person did a terrific job duplicating it into a T-shirt design. It was perfect.
Also, I had a shirt design done five years ago, and she searched through her old hard drive to find it. I was able to use it again.
She also spent a significant amount of time helping me choose the color. It, too, was perfect.

Explaining what design was no issue as the rep was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The nice sweatshirt was a big hit.

I like the customer service that I received from Iesha she listened to how I wanted my shirts and made any adjustments that I may have wanted to change . She was very nice and polite .The quality of tshirts and design was exactly what I wanted .

Jenny and Naomi were very helpful throughout the process. I was part of an AI project team for work and we had the t-shirts made to wear & give away during our presentation. I intended on picking up the t-shirts, but I got covid. They kindly sent the t-shirts to New Orleans as I was afraid I wouldn't make the trip due to Covid. Another team member (can't remember her name) packaged up the t-shirt set aside for me so I could pick it up without going inside the store. The judges for the AI contest loved our shirts!
