Big Frog is awesome to work with! They make everything so easy. This is our 3rd shirt we've had made with them and I know we'll be coming back for more when we have the need. Our marketing team designed our 40th anniversary logo, and Big Frog helped make sure that it came out perfect on the shirts - down to meeting with me in person to choose the exact pantone color, placement on the shirt, and helping me decide what to use on the front. Very nice and was able to get ahold of them on the phone easily. Product came out exactly how I wanted it. They didn't text or email me when it was finished, so I would just confirm when it is done with them and go to the store on that day.
Big Frog has been AMAZING!! The products we got embroidered for our company turned out beautiful, and all the staff have been exceptional to work with (especially Casey who walked me through the whole process). I definitely plan on getting additional pieces embroidered at Big Frog in the near future!
