He assured me they could be done within the next 4-5 hrs which was better than I expected. The price was very fair, and I've already recommended Big Frog to others. Im super stoked about my sweaters, but that's just the outcome of the really amazing experience that I had. Andrew is amazing, and of course, Ruby is 10/10.
Truly though, Andrew was great. He was consistent, responsive, kind, gave great tips and ideas, and ensured that what I got was exactly what I wanted. Not only Andrew, but the whole crew - no matter when I was picking up my stuff, they were all super kind and great. I felt like it was not only an easy process to order, but actually a really thoughtful and caring one. For me, I feel like it's not super often to find a company that actually cares, and my experience at big frog, reminded me that there are places that really do - and this is one of them.
Again, I'm super stoked, and I would think that any of my friends, family or University colleagues would be as well. I'm going to be recommending them all the live long day :)
