My order wasn't received for about 4-5 weeks due to a mixup with my last name and someone else with the same last name. However, when I sent an email inquiring about it, you quickly fixed the problem and I received my shirt about a week later.

The staff was accommodating when I needed to pick up an order outside of their normal business hours.
I loved the direct assistance I was provided by the capable staff when I came in with a custom t-shirt design. The shirts came out great and have received compliments on their quality (so soft!). All this for a very reasonable price. Impressive experience overall!
