I cannot say enough wonderful things about Big Frog. They created custom scarves for teddy bears made in memory of my late husband, Michael, for our grandchildren. The scarves turned out beautiful and made these special keepsakes even more meaningful.

However, I was told that the custom tee shirt I ordered would fit me in size large instead of extra large.They were wrong; the tee shirt is too tight! I would hope that you would remake my custom tee shirt in extra large at no additional cost. I purchased 5 others for my grandchildren and theirs fit fine. Martin L. Last name removed, M.D.

The designer was helpful in selecting a font to match what I was looking for and took time to talk things through with me. The turnaround time for our completed shirts was great. The staff were friendly and nice to deal with.

The sweatshirt was warm and cozy. The printing was large enough for people to easilyread at a distance.

Very easy to do business with. They strive to meet your needs even when your needs are inside their normal lead time parameters. We have used them for our bowling shirt printing needs for several seasons.
