I was a first time customer at this location and she not only gave me a fantastic cut, but did a great job simultaneously chatting with me, greeting new customers pleasantly, engaging her teammates, and offering services and products to me. Didn’t feel pushy and though I didn’t purchase anything additional I did not feel pressured. I genuinely feel like she would do a good job managing her own franchise one day.
