Stylists are very experienced and they are always very welcoming. Tabitha is our stylist and she is so sweet and kind to my grandson! He likes the hot towel and massage chair while she shampoos his hair.

My 1st time ! I walked in and very impressed ! Loved everything, including the cushion chairs ! Tabitha took me back and I was like ok, this is different. She listened to me and gave me the best haircut ever ! I was sitting in her chair and looking around and got very impressed and comfortable ! Watching TV and I fell in love with the place !!!!!!!! She then said let's go to the showers and I was like ok, I just got off of work and she laughed and said that's where we get our hair washed. I sat in the chair and it started vibrating ! I could have went off to sleep with a smile on my face !!! Everything was just so wonderful ❤️ I have been talking about my experience ever since !! I actually fell in love with my whole experience there !!! I will forever be a loyal customer with Tabitha as my cutter ! I have never had an experience like that and I'm 60 years young !!!!! There was no line so the app was accurate for giving me advanced and accurate wait estimates. Service was quick and to my requests. And the MVP service is just great.

Willow was outstanding! Was very busy first thing on a Sunday morning. She was working at the Carrollton location, apparently helping out. She usually works from the Oxford location from what I gathered.. She was very friendly and detailed. Before each step in the haircut she explained what she was doing and why. She was very professional and attentive. Hope she works at the Carrollton location more often. I usually do first stylist available. But if she's there, I'll wait for her.
