First and foremost, Phalon! She is the absolute best hair stylist I've ever had, and I'm 51 years old. Not only does she do a great job for me, but she's super kind and very welcoming. In addition, I see how she interacts with her colleagues and other customers, and I can see just how great she is across the board. I think whoever is responsible for making the managerial decision should promote her without any reservation whatsoever. The store and fellow employees will thrive, I assure you!
