Nicki, my stylist is fantastic! She cut my hair in Newnan. I come down to Columbus and now include my sister in my appointments. She loves the atmosphere of the store and how helpful everyone is. She is disabled, so it is very important to her to feel safe.

First time cut with Darniece was super! I used to go to Kennesaw as it's near my office, but I live so close to the Marietta SClips. I was loyal to Zelena in K'saw but had one of those busy weeks where I could not make it into the office and needed a cut. I went to the mgr at Marietta store and asked, "Take a look at this pic and tell me which of your guys can match this". I have very wavy hair with a lot of cowlicks - hard to cut. The mgr called to Darniece and asked her over. She said with confidence, "Sure! I can handle this" I showed her an old pic on my phone, "Can you match this?" And, I'll be damned, she not only matched but made it 100% better. As long as she's there, my new haircut destination will be SpClips in Marietta with Darniece. She's my new haircut GO-TO!

Elise does a great job on every visit... I have to track her down lately because she seems to get bounced around... and your appointment system is extremely difficult to use. Other than those two issues, all else is great.
