Being able to see the stylists available on the app, and wait times. The only thing that I would recommend is allowing actual appointments.
My hair dresser was amazing! Great attitude and very gentle when cutting my hair. She held a great conversation with me, and did a great job cutting and washing my hair. Sorry I dont remember her name.

I appreciate that my favorite stylist, who has cut my hair for years now and knows me. The app and web based sign in system is frustrating because I can't use it near the end of the business day. It's always unavailable by 3 or 4pm when I, and a large portion of the population, work until 5.

I went for my haircut the day after Halloween. The shop was full, there was a wait, but I expected that. Everyone seemed happy, and I had great service when it was my turn!
