I got my cut today from a newer employee whose name is Valerie. She cut my hair the way I wanted and did a great job with the shampoo service. She was courteous, communicated articulately and clearly. She came across as a very nice person and a good representative of your company. Most times I visit, I feel like a number and the stylist just there for a paycheck.

Once again, this team and this store deserve a 10. From the time I walked in although my stylist was still with a client, another team member greeted me at the door and made sure I was in the queue and well taken care of. I was in and out of the store in under 30 minutes, which is outstanding to me on a busy Friday afternoon. This store is in the Chick Filet class of outstanding customer service, focus on the client, friendly team supportive of one another and just a great overall experience every time.
The customer service that Amanda provided was outstanding, she is friendly and considerate and made me feel very comfortable.
