My kid LOVED Camp Weaver, and he's sometimes hard to impress. Thank you!
My child likes the ropes course, paint ball, and animal care.
Dalton had a great experience at camp (except for the last incident on the last day) and he wants to return next year. The activities, including shooting, paddling and climbing were right up his alley and he had a great time and met some nice kids too.
There is so much for the kids to do while there. The staff are friendly and are alert to the kid's needs. My son was nervous because he has never spent a week away from home. When my husband and I came to pick my son up, my son had stopped by each cabin to say goodbye to all the new friends he had made. I was very impressed and of Corse very happy he had made so many new friends. For the hour ride home all he did was tell us all about the fun things he got to do. As he told us story after story, he had a huge smile on his face. What I like about the programs and activities is that they gave my son a chance to make new friends and he had a great time.
I liked how there was a variety of choices and activities everyday! I also like how accommodating and responsive those in charge of the camp are!!!
That my granddaughter comes home full of excitement. Full of happiness. Stories that she tells from adventure and learning experience from Camp Weavers overnight camps. There cabin’s are remarkable and the staff is outstanding. Bree has been to other summer camps but nothing yet has compared with her love for Camp Weaver.

I like that a full lunch and snacks are provided and that a bus is available from a convenient location. My child really enjoys canoeing and other lake activities. Thank you so much!
My son was so excited to go to Camp Weaver (his older sister has been going for years :)). He loved all of the activities and the swimming - which was especially nice with the heat this summer! He pretty much wore himself out every day. We signed up for 3 weeks total and he wanted even more. We will probably try some of the camp weekends during the school year. We will definitely sign up for Camp Weaver again next summer!!
My boys had fun and came home exhausted every day!
collaborative play, learning new skills
My kids had a blast during their week of camp, they so excited about returning to camp next year and can’t wait. The best part is knowing my kids was safe and having fun. Also seeing their pictures each day was a bonus.
My daughter said she really enjoyed this experience for her first time at an over night camp.
The camp counselors ensure the kids have the best time. Check in and check out ease. Length of stay and variety of activities.
Everything!
It was my daughter’s first time at camp and she has a great experience!
Variety of activities, my kid loves getting to choose!
My kids loved the variety of activities.
Lots to do! Keeps kids active. Food is great. Staff is warm and caring. Felt my child was well taken care of and he also gained independence through the overnight experience. Lake is a highlight. Close to home.
My daughter loves Camp Weaver! She looks forward to it every year. Her favorite activities are archery and BB guns and of course swimming!
Great overall program that’s fun for kids, teaches them many skills and helps build independence.
My son enjoyed the opportunity to try new and different activities. He liked meeting new people and making new friends.
The counselors are awesome! The water activities were probably my favorite but I liked it all!
My kids tried so many new activities that they're not offered anywhere else. They came home so dirty (lol) and all worn out, which seems about right!
Couple notes. 1) I WISH there were more nutritionally balanced snack options at least some of the time. I only heard about highly processed foods for snacks, chips & ice cream mainly. Things like yogurt, granola bars, fruit, cheese sticks, popcorn, sun flower seed butter, even carrots and ranch, would be less processed. 2) the drop off for the Spears shuttle was not where the instructions indicated. They said front pavilion by the main building, but it was actually the back pavilion by the soccer and baseball fields.
Carefully planned activities! Loved how the camp followed a strict routine daily and held the kiddos accountable for their bunks and cabin spaces. First time my son stayed away from home and it wasn't immediate family. He felt welcomed and comfortable.
Excellent provides independence, friendship and lifelong memories.
There is so much variety and a full day for such a great cost
Good variety of activities and we like that we can request the priority of activity assignments.
My boys absolutely LOVE it . . And there are no screens! They come home completely exhausted. But they always ask me to drop them off as early as possible and pick them up as late as possible!!!
My daughter learned a lot at the camp
