We are new to the Cleveland area, and were a loyal Parking Spot customer in St Louis. My wife and I enjoy how when we arrive into the lot, there is someone to greet us and provide us guidance on which row to park in. The drivers are very prompt, not making you wait long, and will have the Space Ticket ready when they greet you and are always willing to help with luggage or a hand up into the shuttle bus. It's especially nice to watch the drivers interact with the elderly, and / or the kids.... We'll keep coming....

I always use the valet I love the fact that when the shuttle drops me off, my car is ready to go. Every employee I have encountered since using the Parking Spot has been more than professional, cordial, and friendly. I feel like the parking spot works so efficiently when I need parking services when traveling from LAX.

It was easy to get to. I liked the scan and go you didn't have to wait for anyone.

It is so easy to park here. The shuttle is always right behind you ready to go. You dont have to wait long to get picked up after your long flight home. Shuttle drivers a nice and polite.

I like having the app and being able to scan the QR code from my phone to access my reservation. I like the covered parking option and how easy it is to check in and out. I would recommend more Exit signage as I noticed someone strugging to find the way out last time I was leaving.

I love that I could go ahead and reserve our parking spot online. It was very easy to find a spot once we got there. The shuttle was already there and waiting and helped us load our things. We were dropped exactly where we needed to be at the airport. On our way back, we maybe had to wait 4 to 5 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up and they took us directly to our car.

I love the park get picked up at spot by shuttle they give you a card with spot number then they load your luggage and drive you to airport and unload luggage then pick you up and do the same in reverse: Great full service. Guy even brushed off car when it had snowed on one trip. Also the app scan in and out with QR code is fast and easy. When I had an issue with a bill ( was my booking error ) they helped me fix it anyways even though it was my mistake. They really won my commitment to The Spot :)
