Excellent and easy.

Easy in easy out

We got in late to Orlando (After 1am) the van was there waiting for us after we got our luggage.

Easy and secure. Friendly professional drivers.

Instant pickup at both ends. Courteous drivers that help with bags. Location so close to terminal. There's always a van waiting at the baggage area, short distance to roll bags. You guys are pros at the business. Rates are lower at Bradley too.
You should make a long term discount, because I want to leave it there for 5 weeks, but it costs more than an Uber, so I'll have to use an Uber when I go for long trips.

I always use the Parking Spot. They're always very friendly and efficient.

Excellent customer service! High quality.

Fair price. Frequent bus service.

Prompt pickup on both ends. Clean buses staffed by helpful people. Getting dropped off right at my car.

Convenient and efficient.

Competitive pricing, ease of booking, ease of entry and exit, prompt bus service to and from airport, friendly and helpful drivers.

Easy to get into the lot. Small wait time for ride to airport and for pick up when returning. Price is a,so very competitive.

Good service

It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot and the shuttle service directly from your car is a real plus for those who are elderly or have mobility issues.

The ease of scheduling, drop off and pick up. I use both the Columbus and Cleveland locations.
Also the price can't be beat, especially when you offer special discounts.

Parking Spot West at BWI is always my choice for parking. I leave my car with the knowledge that it will be safe. The shuttle is very convenient & timely.

Very friendly staff, parking has big spots, the parking was covered, easy to get out of, pay was easy, the shuttle was super nice, big comfortable bus with friendly driver.

Convenient, good parking facility, quick and efficient airport shuttle and good friendly drivers

I appreciate the parking spots proximity to the airport. I always have a place to park and there is mostly a shuttle ready right away to drop me off at the terminal. Also, pick up is usually very smooth.
