I like that the buses pick me up and drop me off at my car. Additionally, I never have to wait for a bus and I appreciate that the drivers help me load and unload my luggage on the bus.

We liked the cheaper rate for reserving a spot early.

Friendly drivers, always willing to help with luggage. Also, pickup is prompt. However, we were charged an extra day. Our vacation was changed because of flight cancellations so we flew out a day later than expected. So we came back a day later than our original plan. They charged us an extra day even though it was still the same amount of days.

Friendly, helpful drivers. I like that the drivers come to the car & give you a card to remind you where your car is. Also like that the help by carrying bags on to shuttle & back out again. Sometimes they even load the bags into the car.

I like that very soon after parking my car on your lot the shuttle is there to pick us up. Great service. Tell your drivers that if they help with getting my bags on the bus they will get a nice tip but if they don't then I don't feel the need to tip at all. Good news is that most of your drivers do help so great.
Also when we get back to MSP we never have to wait long at the main terminal for a pick up. We have had mixed results at Humphrey when we had to call and there were more people than would fit on the shuttle. Haven't gone out of there lately so don't know if this has gotten better.
Over all great service and would highly recommend you.
