Guest Testimonials
Easy to reserve, pleasant staff, convenient, generally low wait time for pickup and drop off.
** This was the first time I noticed seat belts. They were a tripping hazard. On the ride back from the airport, our shuttle was full, and several people seemed to be getting caught up in them when leaving the shuttle. I didn't notice the issue on the ride in, but we were the only people on the early morning shuttle to the airport. It appears that by the end of the day, most of them are just laying in the floor.
Great location. Easy reservations and check-in/check-out via app. Good service.
I love the convenience of pulling into the Parking Spot and getting on your buses to be dropped off at the airport. Then on returning they are there to pick you up.
Pickup at my car and dropped off at the front door of the airport
Convenient
We lie everything. The facility has great covered parking in an area that has frequent hailstorms - so protecting our car. The employees are great, we get picked up at our car and taken to the airport by a polite, helpful driver. The price is very good for all the services rendered.
Pick up from my car, excellent customer service and free water at the exit.
reliable, dependable, great service to the terminal and on return, my car is waiting for me.
Easy to park, shuttle is there, no waiting, friendly drivers
The efficient process.
Convenient — reduced cost compared to on site parking — friendly helpful bus drivers
Although I don't use your services often, I was able to understand the directions as I came into the lot, and a shuttle was there very quickly to pick me up and help me with my luggage. It was also easy to find the spot at the airport for pickup when I was ready to return.
Staff is always helpful and it’s so easy to!
Close to the airport. Never having to wait for a drop off or pickup. Make a reservation online to guarantee that a spot is available.
